What is Fivanto?
Fivanto is a Romanian SaaS platform for running a company, with 15 modules to choose from: time tracking, leave, projects and tasks, dashboard, invoicing with e-Factura (Romanian e-invoicing through the ANAF SPV portal), payroll, expense claims, documents and employment certificates, file sharing, electronic signatures, accounting export and tax returns. It runs in the browser, in Romanian and English.
Is Fivanto free?
Yes, Fivanto has a permanently free plan: every module can be used free of charge, with volume limits — for example 5 e-Factura invoices per month, 3 signatures per month, 3 payslips per month, 2 projects. The à la carte subscription removes the limits only for the modules you pick, per user per month.
Does Fivanto issue e-Factura invoices (ANAF SPV)?
Yes. Fivanto builds the invoice as XML UBL 2.1 in line with RO_CIUS, validates it and sends it to SPV, the Romanian tax authority's private virtual space, then follows the validation statuses and the messages that come back. It also pulls in supplier invoices from SPV and covers e-Transport.
What happens when ANAF rejects an invoice?
Fivanto turns the technical ANAF errors into plain language: for each error it shows you exactly “what is wrong” and “what to fix”, and then you resend the corrected invoice to SPV straight from the app.
Can I sign documents electronically, including from a stick or token?
Yes. Fivanto offers a simple electronic signature with an eIDAS audit trail (hash, IP, timestamp) and a cryptographic digital signature in PAdES/PKCS#7 — either with your own .pfx certificate inside the app, or by signing on a stick/token in Adobe and uploading the document back, which is then checked cryptographically. The private key never leaves your device.
Does Fivanto calculate salaries and payslips?
Yes. The payroll module works out CAS, CASS and income tax from the gross salary automatically, produces PDF payslips for every employee and prepares the data for the D112 return. Employees can see their own payslips in self-service.
How does my accountant work with Fivanto?
You invite your accountant for free, with the dedicated “External accountant” role: they see several companies from a single account, switch between organisations and export the sales and purchase journals straight for SAGA, WinMentor, ContabSQL or generic CSV/XML.
Which platforms does Fivanto integrate with?
Fivanto integrates with ANAF (e-Factura through SPV, and e-Transport), with the online shops Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Gomag, with the couriers FanCourier, Sameday, Cargus, DPD and GLS for generating waybills (AWB), and with SmartBill, Oblio and SAGA on the invoicing and accounting side.
Can Fivanto issue invoices automatically from my online shop?
Yes. You connect the shop (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Gomag) and the orders are imported into Fivanto, which issues the invoice for each order automatically and can generate the waybill with the courier you chose — the order comes in, the invoice and the waybill go out.
Which languages is Fivanto available in?
Fivanto is available in Romanian and English, switched from the interface in one click — useful for mixed teams and international clients.
Is my company's data safe?
Yes. Fivanto is multi-tenant with strict data isolation per organisation, encrypted HTTPS transport, authentication with secure tokens and a limit on sign-in attempts, in line with GDPR. Digital signatures never store the private key of the certificate. Your data stays yours: you can export your invoices, timesheets, payroll and clients at any time, as an archive of files that open in Excel.
