Pricing questions

Is Fivanto free?
Yes — Fivanto has a permanently free plan: every module can be used free of charge, with volume caps — for example 5 e-Factura invoices a month, 3 signatures a month, 3 payslips a month, 2 projects. The à la carte subscription removes the caps only for the modules you pick.
How much does a module cost?
Modules start at 5 lei per user per month and go up to 25 lei (invoicing with e-Factura), depending on the module. You pay only for the active modules, per user; the final price is set per organisation, based on the modules and the number of users.
Is there a minimum subscription or a long-term contract?
No. Licensing is monthly, per user, on the active modules. You can change the number of users and the modules from one month to the next, and the free plan stays free as long as you remain within its limits.
How do I pay?
By invoice, via bank transfer. You place an order, you receive the invoice, and we switch on or extend your modules — simple and predictable for your accounting.
What happens if I drop a module?
The module falls back to the free plan at the end of the paid period, and its data stays in your account — switch it back on and you find everything exactly as it was.
